I am a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapist and counsellor working both long term and short term with individuals.    I work with people who have a wide range of problems and difficulties and have been working as a counsellor in the NHS for over 20 years.  I can also offer telephone or Skype and zoom sessions in the current lockdown situation.

I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress and relationship difficulties as well as those who have experienced trauma, neglect and abuse.

My private practice is based in Fleet  GU51 3AD  Hampshire where I have a therapy room in a convenient location not far from the M3 motorway and 10 minutes walk from Fleet station and mainline to London, Waterloo.  Nearby towns include Farnborough (10 mins),  Aldershot (10 mins),  Farnham (15 mins)  and Basingstoke (25 mins)
